• Information you give us. When you complete the contact form you provide your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or social media, we process whatever information you choose to include.
• Football enquiry details. If you contact us as a player, family member, club, or representative, we may receive additional information you send voluntarily, such as position, career history, nationality, videos or scouting material.
• Technical and usage data. We record, in aggregate, the pages visited, date and time, approximate country, device type and referring page. IP addresses are anonymised and stored hashed, and we do not store full user-agent strings.

Through this site, we do not ask for or want to receive special category data such as health, ethnic origin, beliefs or biometric information. Please do not include it in the form.

3. How we use your information

• Client and represented-player records: for the duration of the relationship plus the statutory limitation period.
• Detailed analytics logs: 180 days.
